Common questions

When do menus show up?: As soon as they're announced, usually a week or two before a festival starts. Turn on alerts for a festival in Profile to hear when its menus drop.
Is the allergen information reliable?: Treat it as a guide. Many menus don't list allergens, and booths share kitchens. If you have an allergy, always check at the booth before ordering.
What's the difference between saving and stamping a dish?: Saving adds it to your plan. Stamping marks it as tried, adds it to your passport, and lets you rate it.
How is my budget worked out?: Booths & Bites adds up the dishes in your plan and adds an estimate of sales tax. Dishes paid with snack credits don't count against your budget.
How do I start over?: In Profile, open Privacy and account and choose to clear your plan, stamps and settings.
A price or dish is wrong.: Email us the booth and dish and we'll fix it for everyone.
